True Values

I would like to tell a story:
"There was a man who had managed to collect a large amount of cash before the World War II. When things were getting normal, he went with the money to a bank in order to deposit all the money that he had collected, looking upon it as a golden nest egg for the future. The bank cashier took the money, examined it carefully and then deliberately took a pair of scissors and destroyed the notes saying angrily, these notes are false and I must report you. Seeing the poor man so frightened, his face pale, the cashier said, I can see that you didn't know whether the notes are false or genuine. Therefore I will not report the matter. You may go now."

Probably this man had sold much of his farm products, but he has been cruelly cheated
