A few sisters live where they work, i.e.:

• Brig, Motherhouse
  
  
• Salvan

What began in 1934 as missionary work by Swiss Ursulines
in South Africa and later in India,
has long since grown into independent regions with sisters from the country.
The areas have become independent provinces in 2010.
